1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.
Standard delivery takes 5-9 business days depending on your location.
For metro cities, delivery is usually faster (3-5 business days).
Delays may occur due to weather, courier backlogs, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above 499.
COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include an additional handling fee.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with the tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment using the courier’s website or the link provided.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India.
For international orders, please contact us at support@deargals.com for special arrangements.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If the package is undelivered due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.
Reshipping charges will apply if you request delivery again.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@deargals.com with photos/videos of the package.
We will investigate and offer a suitable solution (replacement/refund).

    The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company, postal authority, or any other third-party logistics provider. All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

    For our services, delivery and access confirmation will be sent to the registered email address provided during account creation or purchase.

    Please note that any shipping charges imposed by the seller or the Platform Owner, as applicable, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
