Thank you for shopping with Dear Gals. We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy below:


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.

  • Standard delivery takes 5-9 business days depending on your location.

  • For metro cities, delivery is usually faster (3-5 business days).

  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier backlogs, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above 499.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include an additional handling fee.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with the tracking number and courier details.

  • You can track your shipment using the courier’s website or the link provided.


5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India.

  • For international orders, please contact us at support@deargals.com for special arrangements.


6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If the package is undelivered due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.

  • Reshipping charges will apply if you request delivery again.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@deargals.com with photos/videos of the package.

  • We will investigate and offer a suitable solution (replacement/refund).
