Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.

For Damage and  Defective product

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange or refund within 48 hours of receiving the item.  

• Exchange products will be delivered within 9 days.

• And If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 7 business days
  
  Cancellation Policy
  
  Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 2hrs of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed by the seller/merchant, is in the shipping stage, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may refuse the delivery at the doorstep.
